Refund policy
At FLAIR, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If things don’t work out as planned, our Return and Refund Policy is here to help. Please read the following carefully to ensure a smooth process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- Original packaging and tags must be intact.
- Important: Items must not have any additional smell, odour, or scent. Items with any such changes will not be accepted for return.
Non-returnable items include:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Intimate items (such as undergarments and swimwear) for hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at flairies@flair.com.my with your order number and the reason for the return.
- You are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs. No return shipping label will be provided.
- Once approved, send the item back to us using your preferred shipping method (we recommend using a trackable service).
3. Refunds and Store Credit
We do not offer refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be issued online store credit for the value of the item. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges if you need a different size or color, as long as the item is in stock. The process is the same as returning, but be sure to indicate that you would like an exchange when you contact us!
5. Damaged or Defective Items
While we carefully inspect all products before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition, we understand that in rare cases, an item may have a defect. If this happens, please contact us at flairies@flair.com.my within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for an exchange or issue store credit for the defective item.
6. Shipping Guidelines
We do not currently accept international orders. All orders must be shipped to a domestic address.
For returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
