Shipping policy
1. Shipping Fees
- Malaysia: RM10 flat rate
- Singapore: RM20 flat rate
- Rest of the world: RM150 flat rate
- Free shipping within Malaysia for orders above RM300
2. Processing Time
Orders are packed within 1–3 working days.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your parcel is on the way.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- West Malaysia: 3–5 working days
- East Malaysia: 5–7 working days
- Singapore: 3–7 working days
- Rest of the world: 5–10 working days (may vary by destination)
4. International Orders — Customs & VAT
For countries that require import tax or VAT, payment will be borne by the customer upon delivery.
We’ll contact you after checkout if your country requires additional customs details (e.g. tax ID).
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
6. Possible Delays
While we work with trusted couriers, delays can still happen due to:
- Public holidays
- Weather disruptions
- Customs clearance
- Courier company backlog
